Lately, I've been increasingly addicted to playing Ukelele. Last year my mum bought herself one but she doesn't use it much. Actually, I play it more than she does and these last weeks I've been trying to play all sort of songs on Ukelele even if the song doesn't match the instrument much.

For you to understand the process that my mind does is: "wow lets play this awesome song with the guitar... wait, how would it sound with Ukelele???? Amaziiiiiing, bazzingaaaaaaaa" and so.
Even if I was playing Nirvana or American Idiot by Green Day (which I actually did) I tried to play with Uke.

Well the song cover I wanted to show you today is not Green Day and the Uke really matches the song (they play it in the original one). My last ukelele cover was of House of Gold by Twenty One Pilots!

I went to see the musical El Rey Leon in Madrid and had the necessity of recording something from it! I strongly recommend watching it, it is a once in life experience, the acting is great, the singing is excellent and the feelings are uncountable.

Recorind stitches cover video!

It will be coming soon! It was soooooo sunny today so I recorded in the outside!

SOOOOO this week and I don't really know how because I've been having final exams I reacorded
this song, a song I love with all my heart and soul because Its so good and Shawn Mendes sings so well!!! Stitches!

You're already the voice inside my head

Hi! I'm sorry I didn't post anything in days but I have final exams in a week and I'm quite scared.
Anyway, during a lot of time I've been making an arrangement for Blink-182's song I Miss You and I decided to post it in the end.
Its an only piano version and in my opinion one of the best arrangements I've ever done (although she looks so perfect will always take the best position in my heart XD)











I have been woking on it for about 1 month and I'm so happy I decided to record it. I uploaded it first on SoundCloud and now you can aslo see it on Youtube!

Hi! It's Monica again!!!

So last week I collected all the opinions I recived from my other videos and decided to make a video taking them into account. Playing guitar, one take and with "not a lot of Monis singing at the same time" in fact, only one.
So I decided to record FourFiveSeconds by Rihanna feat. Kanye West and Paul McCartney.
I recorded it in my garden and with my mum's camera, which records better the sound and the image!

stay awezome!!

This week I recorded my first acapella with a video. I have sung acapellas before but this is the first one I made a video of.

I'm so in love with sugar, song by Maroon 5 which is in their latest album V.
I  felt like I had to cover it someway and one day while I was walking to school with my music on (I only do this in exams week because it helps me to concentrate and keep calm) the song was on and I came with the idea of covering it to acapella. So insead of thinking about my history exam I started thinking all the different voices I could add to the main vocal part.

So a week after finishing my exams (which at least went well!) I recorded the cover and its now on Youtube!

So latety I've been losing sleep thinking about... haha nono joking, lately I've been listening to Bastille and it gave me the idea of covering Pompeii. The music and all the background music is spectacular and the lyrics made me fall in love with the song and the idea of an end of the world.
I also think the music video is great! It gives you the impression you can never run away.

So I covered the song with piano and the help of my cajon (a drumbox) and here's the result! Hope you really enjoy it, I had much fun recording it ( a part from quite some problems with the high vocals).

I've been playing this on my piano for a long long time and never decided to record it unitl now. I made an arrangement for piano of She Looks so perfect (5sos song because I am their #1 fan xD)
