No Treble!

Soo last project I worked on was All About that Bass by Meghan Trainor.
We wanted to sing something new and different in my singing group at school so we decided this song would be really fun to work with!

As we wanted an acapella I volunteered to arrange the song, so that we could do it in seven voices (we are seven in the group).
I had to prepare an acapella version of the song so that we could decide who was siging what and to make it easier to practice!

Its the first song I do with that amount of voices and sometimes was hard to find the best one for a concrete instant. My computer is also very slow and old and the program I use to record was getting blocked ll the time =((

Weeeeell in the end I can say it all ended quite well and now I have my acapella! Hope you really enjoy it and also I hope it is useful and that we can in the end sing this awesome song in my vocal group!!

Hi everybody!
I've been like three weeks having a lot of work and I had to present a project for highschool so I didn't have much time for me.
But after a long time recording and practicing I finished singing Born This Way by Lady Gaga.
I love this song, it has much meaning for me and I hope you like my version to acapella!

A veces pienso que la vida es injusta conmigo, que no todo lo que hago tiene recompensa o que simplemente por mucho que me esfuerce el resultado acaba siendo nulo. Trazo de una nueva historia

¿Quién soy? Como puedo saber quien soy si no se que es lo que soy. Para algunos soy una simple imagen, para algunos soy un recuerdo o un pensamiento. No sé quién soy porque no se qué es ser alguien. Te miras al espejo y ves algo pero nunca sabes si el resto ven lo mismo que tú o algo totalmente diferente. Quizá es que seamos solo eso, ese algo, un pensamiento que cobra una forma confusa y inestable en la mente de cada uno de nosotros. En el fondo, aunque seamos lo que siempre hemos creído (álguienes en un mundo inmenso) no dejamos de ser un mísero punto diminuto en una gran inmensidad como es el universo, todo lo que conocemos, todo lo que nos rodea y todo lo que hemos vivido es más pequeño que un grano de arena en una gran playa, un grano de arena que en cualquier momento puede ser arrastrado por el mar a otro lugar y a otro tiempo igual que nuestra suerte, tan grande y tan pequeña a la vez, podría cambiar en un instante, Quizá ni siquiera existamos, seamos un sueño, vivamos en la mente de alguien o formemos parte de una gran representación teatral. Quizá seamos algo etéreo e intangible como los sentimientos de alguien o solamente seamos trazos de un dibujo. Trazos que se van dibujando ante nosotros y que se borran detrás nuestro cuando pasamos… Quizá nuestra vida sea solamente otro dibujo lleno de trazos… y de letras, que tienen infinitas historias que contar.

I came across this song less than a week ago. I saw two of its verses posted on Facebook by Luke Hemmings (of 5secondsofsummer) and I looked for the song and I fell in love with it.
I knew in that moment that that song would be my next target to record so I did and here's the result!

Over the sky with... Chandelier, Sia

I wanted to try and make something that could work as an objective for me so I sang Chandelier by Sia. I must say it was horrible for me but at the end I was able to get to the highest notes. Anyway, it sounded very rougth to me so I changed the chorus notes to something lower =)
